The Comox Bay Sailing Club offers use of our fleet of Lasers, 420s and Optis to Full Members who have completed their CanSail II (or equivalent). Our members enjoy these privileges throughout the calendar year for the purpose of recreation, racing and fun!
Many members participate in our casual racing events, where skippers and crew can practice their skills, learn new ones, and make friends.
From Spring through fall, the CBSC hosts a weekly Wednesday evening race series. This is a great place for newer sailors to build on the skills they’ve acquired in our CanSail programs, for those returning to the sport to brush off the cobwebs, and for seasoned sailors to enjoy some competition.
In addition to our weekly programming, the CBSC also hosts a number of other dinghy events, including our annual Tree Island Race and the B.C. 420 training camp and Championship Regatta.
